Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated LVN to provide direct home-based nursing care in Austin, TX. This role offers one-on-one patient visits, flexible scheduling, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

You'll administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support individualized care plans. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available with company benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Preferred 1+ year of nursing experience.
