Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Emeryville is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients. The position offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, assessing patient needs, and documenting care plans. Required LVN license in the state of practice and current BLS. Prior nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN in the state where practicing.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
