Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Temecula, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients.

Applicants must be licensed in CA, have current TB or chest X-ray, BLS, and prefer at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray currently on file.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
