Job summary

PACS is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Santa Cruz, CA to provide high-quality nursing care on the night shift. You will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and document changes clearly.

Work collaboratively with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and continuity of care. A California LVN license and current BLS/CPR are required; post-acute/long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Previous experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable team player with a passion for resident care.
