Aviara Healthcare Center is seeking a part-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to supervise nursing assistants, deliver direct patient care, and help maintain high standards of resident well-being in California.
You will handle administrative duties, charting, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team to implement treatment plans.

Education: Graduate of an accredited LVN program or equivalent.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered LVN license in CA.
Certifications: Current CPR certification; PCC experience preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs., move intermittently, and handle emotional or physically demanding situations.
Works in various healthcare settings (nurses’ stations, patient rooms, administrative offices).
May encounter emotionally challenging situations with residents and families.
Exposure to infectious diseases, hazardous materials, and workplace stressors.
Flexible work hours, including potential overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins.
PAY RANGE: $38.00 - $43.00
