Job summary

Santa Cruz Post Acute in Santa Cruz, CA is hiring a Full-Time LVN for AM and PM shifts with flexibility across the week, 2–4 days including weekends. This role is dedicated to delivering compassionate nursing care to residents in a post-acute setting.

You will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, document changes clearly, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and supervise CNAs on shift. Active California LVN license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license is required.

• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
