Greenview Nursing and Rehabilitation in Waco, TX is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing team in a long-term care facility. The role focuses on directing day-to-day nursing activities, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating care plans with physicians and staff.

The position requires a Nursing Degree and an active LPN/LVN license, strong leadership, and ability to supervise nursing personnel.

Competenze

Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
Leadership and supervisory ability to lead nursing staff and coordinate care.

Mansioni

Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
Ensure nursing personnel comply with policies and procedures established by the facility.
Participate in development and maintenance of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
Write reports/recommendations concerning shift activities and coordinate with other resident services.
