Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN supervisor to lead nursing services in a long‑term care facility. The role emphasizes directing nursing assistants, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining documentation to support resident care.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full‑time work on a 6a–6p schedule. Candidates should have an active nursing license and CPR certification, with PCC knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• CPR certification is required.
• Knowledge of PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing assistant functions in accordance with rules and guidelines governing the facility.
• Ensure nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures.
• Maintain and review the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and related documentation.
• Participate in planning shifts, services, programs, and activities for residents.
• Provide leadership and oversee nursing staff to ensure care quality and safety.
