GREENVIEW in Waco, TX, is seeking an experienced nurse leader to provide direct nursing care and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards and requires coordination with the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include directing nursing staff, reviewing policies, planning shifts, and maintaining nursing records.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, active nursing license in the state.
• Ability to lead, supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.
• Strong knowledge of facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities and supervise CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain census, reports, and discharge planning.
• Complete medical forms, charting, and documentation.
• Communicate with physicians and coordinate resident care.
