PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greater Indiana North in New Albany, IN, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for the Baylor Program. This full-time role requires working 12-hour Baylor shifts on weekends, with a standard 40-hour weekly pay.

The LPN/LVN delivers nursing care under RN supervision, performs data gathering, executes orders, and provides age-appropriate therapies. Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state; BLS required.
• Current IV Certification within 90 days if state requires.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under RN supervision and guidance.
• Gather, document, and report patient data and status.
• Carry out physician orders and perform standard therapeutic procedures appropriate to age groups.
