Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Tulsa is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LV N) for a Baylor Program. This full-time position requires working Baylor shifts: 36 weekend hours (12-hour shifts) and compensation for a standard 40-hour week.

The LPN/LVN will provide nursing care under an RN, collect data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures in an age-appropriate, policy-guided manner. PAM Health emphasizes growth and internal promotions across 70+ locations.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required; AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• IV certification within 90 days if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care under an RN on the unit.
• Collect and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures for patients.
• Deliver age- and population-appropriate care following PAM Health policies and guidelines.
