Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Tulsa is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Baylor Program. This full-time role requires working 36 weekend hours (12-hour shifts) and aligning with a 40-hour week, under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include patient care, data gathering, following orders, and performing therapeutic procedures while adhering to PAM Health policies. LPN/LVN licensure in OK and BLS are required; IV cert within 90 days if applicable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state of residence.
• BLS certification required; AHA approved.
• IV certification within 90 days of employment if state regulations require.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under RN supervision.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Adhere to PAM Health policies, procedures and guidelines.
