Job summary

Horizon Health and Subacute Center, a Generations Healthcare facility, in Fresno, CA, is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for full-time AM, PM, and NOC shifts. We are a 180-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care with compassionate resident care.

Qualified candidates must hold a CA LVN license and be able to communicate in English; no new grads accepted at this time. Background checks and pre-employment screening are part of the hiring process.
