Alameda Care Center in Los Angeles, CA is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our clinical team and provide residents with a best-in-class care experience.

We offer 3pm-11pm shifts, full-time on a rotating schedule. Active California LVN license required; PCC knowledge preferred. Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, administering medications, charting, admissions/discharges, and rounds with physicians.

Formación

• Active LVN license in California.
• Knowledge of long-term care patient needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to CNAs and oversee resident care.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• Complete charting and treatment plans/orders.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Assist with rounds with physicians.
