Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.

• Experience with behavior management modalities is helpful.
• BLS for healthcare provider required.
• TOT training to be completed prior to direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient information for admits, pre-certifications and mandatory reporting.
• Answer and route calls in the assessment center as needed.
• UR pre-certification with insurance companies.
• Assist with taking physician orders and other duties as assigned.
