Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN license to practice.
• Minimum 1 year of direct care nursing experience (2+ years preferred).
• CPR certification is required.
• Up-to-date TB test documentation must be provided.
• Able to pass a urine drug screen and FBI background check.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments; provide education and document care accurately.
• Perform advanced nursing tasks and direct care duties.
• Maintain precise electronic health records and complete data entry with training provided.
• Collaborate with Unit RNs, Nurse Managers, and care teams to ensure safety and high standards.
