Job summary

Assisted Home Health & Hospice in Ventura is seeking a per diem LVN to support our home health patients, delivering high-quality nursing care across multiple visits.

You will be paid $46 per visit plus $11 for mileage, with benefits including health coverage, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, active license in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing.
• Current CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment.
• Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency per skills checklist.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic home health care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
• Interact effectively with patients, caregivers and health team members while maintaining professional standards.

What you will do:
