Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patients and families to ensure continuity of care.

The ideal candidate has an LVN license, CPR, hepatitis profile, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of LVN experience, with home health preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in Texas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LVN.
• Two years’ experience as an LVN, home health preferred.
• Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
