Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies to ensure high-quality service.

Qualified candidates hold a state LVN license, a valid driver's license, and current CPR and Hepatitis profile. A minimum of two years of LVN/home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational/practical nursing.
• Current LVN license in the state.
• Valid driver's license.
• Two years' LVN home health experience preferred.
• Proof of CPR certification and Hepatitis profile.

Responsabilités
