Angels Care Home Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to administer skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under RN supervision. The LVN will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team and family to ensure seamless care delivery across ages and settings.

Required are LVN licensure in Texas, CPR, Hepatitis profile, and a driver’s license. Two years of LVN experience, preferably in home health, are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Current LVN license in state.
• Two years’ LVN experience; home health preferred.
• CPR and Hepatitis profile current.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Deliver care in the patient's place of residence.

Connaissances
