Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have LVN and be able to conduct on-site client evaluations.
• Experience in home care or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to develop service plans in coordination with authorization and perform field visits.

Responsibilities

• Completes visits as scheduled and reports daily to scheduler
• Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises attendants
• Completes forms and submits to the office within 48 hours
• Documentation of pertinent information
• Maintains compliance with policies and regulations
