Job summary

• Two years full-time study at an accredited college or university or individuals with a high school diploma may substitute one year of supervisory healthcare experience for each required year of college.
• PHC, MC experience preferred and relevant supervisory healthcare background.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site client evaluations and develops service plans in coordination with authorization.
