Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Amarillo, TX is seeking an LVN to join our field supervision team. The Field Supervisor conducts on-site client evaluations and develops service plans in conjunction with authorization, and performs other field visits as assigned.

You will recruit, hire, train and supervise attendants; complete forms and reports within 48 hours; maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LVN license and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience supervising healthcare staff is preferred.
• Ability to conduct on-site client evaluations and develop service plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site client evaluations and develop service plans with authorization.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise attendants.
• Complete forms and attach to the daily visit report within 48 hours.
• Maintain documentation and confidentiality of client and staff information.
• Engage in ongoing compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.

Education

Two years of college study or related supervisory experience in healthcare
