Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is looking for an LVN to provide direct 1:1 home-based nursing care. You will manage patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support individualized care plans.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and ongoing clinical support within a locally focused team. Both full-time and part-time positions, including PRN, are available to suit your life and preferences.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
