Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Hankamer, TX is seeking an LVN to provide private duty nursing in patients’ homes on a 7:30 am – 4:00 pm rotation. You’ll deliver 1:1 care for geriatric clients with PEG tube/trach, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Active LVN license and current BLS required; 1+ year of nursing experience preferred. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available in a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license and current BLS certification required.
• Prior home health or geriatric care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans and document care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team about patient needs.
