Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes. Join our team for stable hours, flexible scheduling, and meaningful impact on patients and families.

This role offers full-time, part-time or PRN opportunities with day, evening and overnight shifts; we support ongoing training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license and BLS certification are required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in a home-care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
