Job summary

Advanced Houston Specialty Hospital is seeking a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse for day shifts at our Spring, TX location. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patients in a newly renovated facility serving a justice-involved population.

Requirements include Texas LVN license, 1+ year LVN experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS certificates, and a valid driver’s license. OSHA and safety protocols apply; scheduling is full-time with competitive compensation and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Valid driver’s license unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medications and treatments.
• Document patient information and treatment progress in EMR.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nurses/physicians.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and participate in safety procedures.
• Collaborate with security staff to ensure a safe environment.
