• Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Texas.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills

Inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience

Experience in emergency or critical care environments

Ability to work with vents/trachs/PICC lines

Direct patient care experience

Education
