Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a full-time In-Patient Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the Houston area. The role provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled individuals.

Qualified candidates will hold a Texas LVN license and have strong communication skills; background check and drug screening are required. Hospice or Home Health experience is preferred, with a rotating schedule and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in Texas is required.
• Minimum 1 year LVN experience preferred.
• Experience with Hospice or Home Health preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Clean background and drug screen.
