Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, therapists, physicians and others to coordinate care.
• Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide compassionate support and education to residents and families.
