Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California LVN license.
• Three or more years of clinical experience in ambulatory or primary care.
• One or more years of experience training, precepting, or supervising Medical Assistants or clinical staff.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel by car between LA, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer competency programs for Medical Assistants and staff.
• Evaluate staff competency and determine retraining needs.
• Analyze safety and audit data to identify training gaps and plan remediation.
• Create job aids, quick-reference guides, and e-learning content (MedTrainer).
• Lead new-hire orientation and site-based skills labs.
• Coordinate TB screening, immunization tracking, and respirator fit testing.
