Job summary

Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Trainer, Clinical Development (LVN) to train MAs, LVNs, and RNs across clinical departments. The role includes hands-on nursing responsibilities, development of training materials, and coordination of training with licensed designees. Frequent travel to TVHC sites is required.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday hours, and offers comprehensive benefits and an employer match under the SEIU contract.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year LVN clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience developing and facilitating clinical training.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train MAs and LVNs on clinical competencies and workflows.
• Coordinate RN training with licensed designee for RN competencies.
• Deliver training materials and SOPs; ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and update training materials and curricula.
• Mentor trainees and provide feedback on performance.
• Travel to multiple TVHC sites to conduct on-site training.
