Job summary

Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center (TVHC) seeks a Trainer, Clinical Development (LVN) to ensure consistent training for Medical Assistants, LVNs, and RNs across clinical departments. The role covers hands-on LVN duties, developing materials, and coordinating RN training with licensed designees.

The trainer will travel frequently to multiple TVHC sites to support clinical education. The position requires LVN licensure, BLS, and experience in clinical training; bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LVN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year LVN clinical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years developing and facilitating clinical training.
• Proven ability to design and deliver evidence-based training materials.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains MAs and LVNs on required clinical competencies and workflows.
• Coordinates and facilitates RN training with a licensed designee.
• Performs LVN responsibilities during hands-on training for new hires.
• Creates training materials, SOPs, and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with CLIA, infection control, and Epic systems.
