Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join as a Clinical Trainer in Fresno, CA. This non-exempt role educates nursing staff to ensure quality care, patient flow, and regulatory compliance.

Under the Clinical Operations Team, you will support electronic health record systems, provide training on nursing policies, troubleshoot workflows, and collaborate with the Health Center Manager and IT staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school and possess a valid LVN degree.
• Minimum 2 years of LVN experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory and training experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining patient flow via policy adherence and education to meet productivity standards.
• Communicate with appropriate personnel to examine and improve inner-clinic processes for efficiency.
• In-services for provider and nursing staff on procedures, forms, and changes.
• Maintain accurate records for all educational sessions and store them accessibly.
