Cantex is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to lead and participate in direct patient care within the licensed scope. You will collaborate with the CNA team to ensure safe, timely, and compassionate care and to support daily operations in our Texas facility.

The role emphasizes adherence to clinical policies, accurate EMR documentation, medication administration, and supervision of staff duties to maintain high standards of patient well-being in a supportive work environment with growth

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
