Job summary

Oakwood-Manor is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure. You will observe, assess and report patient conditions, document in EMR, and administer medications as prescribed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license in good standing.
