Job summary

Front Porch in Claremont, CA is seeking an on-call Nursing Supervisor to oversee CNAs, RNs, and nursing aides while ensuring high-quality patient care. This role is hourly with a pay range of $42.00–$44.00 per hour and requires current California LVN licensure, CPR, and First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a LVN in California.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate patient care as directed by the Director of Nursing.

Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing is responsible for supervising CNA's, RNA’s and Nurses Aids to ensure that quality patient care and needs.

Competencies and skills:

• Essential:
• Knowledgeable in current State and Federal regulations
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Basic mathematical skills required
• Must be able to recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately
• Must be able to understand, follow, support and initiate policies and procedures

Credentials:

• Essential:
• Licensed Vocational Nurse - California

Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
