Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC in Amarillo, TX is seeking a licensed LVN to supervise daily nursing activities and ensure the highest standard of care for veterans. The ideal candidate holds an active Texas LVN license and has at least one year of experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related health care setting.

Candidates should have a nursing degree or completion of an approved LVN program and be committed to serving those who served.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LVN license in Texas.
• Minimum one year of experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or similar.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program or LVN program graduate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility to ensure high-quality care in accordance with standards and regulations.

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN in this state.
• One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
