Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team in Texas. The role requires a Nursing Degree or completion of an approved LPN/LVN program, and an active, unencumbered license to practice in the state. A minimum of one year of hospital or related healthcare facility experience is expected.

The successful candidate will supervise daily nursing activities, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards and the highest quality of patient care.

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved License Practical or Vocational Nurse program.


• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a License Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state.


• One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
