Job summary

Veterans' Victory House is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities and ensure high-quality care in compliance with relevant standards. The role reports to the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing and requires a current nursing license and prior hospital or facility experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• One year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care facility.

Responsibilities

To supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved License Practical or Vocational Nurse program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a License Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state.
• One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
