Redwood Cove Healthcare Center in Ukiah is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for the AM shift, 6:30am to 3pm, Tuesday through Saturday. We value compassionate, skilled care and teamwork.

Qualificações

• LVN licensure required.
• AM shift: 6:30am–3:00pm, Tue–Sat.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status; report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Supervise CNAs and other support staff to maintain quality resident care.
