Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking an LVN/LPT for the High Desert Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center in Lancaster, CA. The role covers on-call overnight hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a focus on rapid mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and medication support.
The LVN/LPT will provide direct client care, document patient status, and ensure safety within a 24/7 walk-in outpatient setting.

Job Title: LVN Nurse Division/Program: High Desert Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center Starting Compensation: 28.00 - 30.00 USD Per Hour Working Location: Lancaster, CA Working Hours/Shift: ON CALL 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
The LVN/LPT provides direct client care including medications. Maintains vigilance over the general milieu within the facility to facilitate quality client care, optimum facility operations and preserve the safety of all therein. Visually and audibly observes, documents in writing and reports orally or in writing the physical or mental condition of patients to the Registered Nurse in charge of the facility on the shift and the attending physician. Orders, prepares, administers and documents the administration of medication for clients according to physician’s orders. Confirms delivery of all ordered medication(s) from pharmacy on shift worked. Responsible for writing summary on clients as assigned. Makes written or oral shift assignments and plans, organizes and directs the nursing activities of the unit (when needed and assigned) to assure quality care delivery.
