WEG Electric Corp. is seeking an Application Engineer I in Duluth, GA to manage engineered and standard LV drives and soft starters quotations from RFQ to close.

The role supports inside and outside sales with pre-sale technical inquiries on LV VFDs and soft starters. You will collaborate with field sales and customers, review RFQs and specifications, and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations while following pricing guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with customer quotations and technical proposals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with MS Office

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with field sales, customers, and facilities during quotation process.
• Review RFQs, specs, emails, and customer requirements.
• Develop understanding of customer applications and market needs.
• Lead quotation opportunities from initial review to final submission.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for products.
• Provide support to Project Coordinators and Project Managers as needed
