Job summary

The role emphasizes preparing proposals, technical presentations, and ensuring project success from sales through execution. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and strong MV drive knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, motor controls, drives, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of medium voltage drives, soft starters, and electric motor fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and project lifecycle with technical consultation and application expertise.
• Review customer requirements, specs, and RFQs to develop optimized solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations for customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, project management, and internal teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain expert knowledge of MV drives, soft starters, and related applications.
• Assist with pricing strategy through market and competitive analysis.
