JM Family Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Sous Chef to support the Lead Chef aboard a private corporate yacht in Florida. You will prepare and present high-quality cuisine, uphold strict food safety, and help manage galley operations.

The role requires travel and flexibility to serve executives and guests in a luxury setting. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of fine dining experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt to evolving schedules and events.

Formación

• 3-5 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a comparable high-standard culinary environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present high-quality cuisine consistent with fine dining standards.
• Support the Lead Chef with daily galley operations, meal preparation, and service.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and galley organization.
• Assist with provisioning, inventory management, stock rotation, and cost control.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions, food allergies, and individual guest preferences.
• Support formal dining, corporate events, and special occasions with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the culinary team and other departments to provide seamless service for executives, guests, and crew.
• Adapt to changing schedules, guest needs, and operational requirements while maintaining consistent quality and service.
• Demonstrate discretion, sound judgment, initiative, and a positive, team-oriented approach.
