JM Family Enterprises, a private corporate yacht, seeks a Sous Chef to support the Lead Chef in delivering an exceptional culinary experience aboard. You will prepare high-quality cuisine and maintain top standards of food safety, organization, and professionalism in a dynamic environment.

You will assist with galley operations, provisioning, inventory, and cost control, accommodating dietary restrictions and guest preferences while contributing to seamless service for executives and crew.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Ability to travel internationally and maintain travel documentation.
• Strong commitment to food quality, sanitation, and presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present high-quality cuisine consistent with fine dining standards.
• Support the Lead Chef with daily galley operations, meal preparation, and service.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and galley organization.
• Assist with provisioning, inventory, stock rotation, and cost control.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions and guest preferences; support events and executive service.
