JM Family Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Lead Chef aboard a private corporate yacht, delivering exceptional culinary experiences while upholding strict food safety and professional standards. The role requires fine dining execution, teamwork, and flexibility for travel.

Candidate will assist with galley operations, provisioning, and event support, ensuring high-quality presentation and guest satisfaction in a dynamic yacht environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional culinary experience in fine dining or high-standard culinary environments.
• Strong culinary skills with focus on food quality, presentation, sanitation and detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality cuisine consistent with fine dining standards.
• Support Lead Chef with daily galley operations, meal preparation and service.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, cleanliness and galley organization.
• Assist with provisioning, inventory management, stock rotation and cost control.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions and guest preferences.
• Support formal dining, corporate events and special occasions with professionalism.
• Collaborate with culinary team and other departments to provide seamless service for executives, guests and crew.
• Adapt to changing schedules, guest needs and operational requirements while maintaining quality.
