Job summary

Joseph Phelps Vineyards seeks a Client Engagement Specialist to cultivate long-term client relationships and support direct-to-consumer sales with thoughtful, personalized engagement.

You will connect with clients via phone, email, SMS, and other approved channels, understanding preferences, recommending wines, and creating memorable engagement opportunities for continued loyalty to the Joseph Phelps Vineyards brand.

Qualifications

• Two years in telephone sales, clienteling, luxury hospitality, or premium wine preferred.
• Excellent sales and interpersonal communication across voice, written, and in person.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and service-driven; CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate revenue through thoughtful, relationship-based outreach while meeting sales goals.
• Deliver gracious, highly personalized service to new, current, and prior clients.
• Recommend wines and experiences based on client preferences and history.
• Enter sales orders in Commerce7 and maintain accurate customer data.
• Provide knowledge on wines, pairings, and brand stories to enhance the Joseph Phelps experience.
• Support membership coordination and respond to client inquiries under the Membership Manager.
