Job summary

Moose Knuckles is seeking a Wholesale Coordinator to support the wholesale team, manage seasonal order flow, and maintain accurate reporting for retail partners. This role collaborates with Account Executives and the SVP of Wholesale to ensure smooth order placement, delivery, and post-market analysis.

You will assist in showroom prep, coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, planning and finance to resolve issues quickly, and help drive successful campaigns across key markets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in wholesale sales or operations, luxury fashion preferred.
• Studies in Fashion Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Advanced Excel (including v-lookups, pivot tables); familiarity with NuORDER, ERP systems, and Skypad.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and SVP of Wholesale with seasonal and in-season account management.
• Maintain and update open order reports, assist with order entry, follow-up, and logistics tracking.
• Assist in showroom preparations, sales appointments, and post-market recap reporting.
• Act as a liaison between sales, operations, logistics, planning, and finance teams for seamless order execution.
• Field client requests related to order status, shipping updates, product information, and inventory availability.
• Monitor order fulfillment and identify issues such as late shipments, substitutions, and compliance challenges.
• Prepare weekly and ad hoc sales reports, analysis, and performance recaps for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help manage sample orders, showroom logistics, and special projects during sales campaigns and key market weeks.
• Ensure wholesale partners are up to date with marketing assets, product information, and compliance documentation.
• Manage drop ship and marketplace execution in collaboration with Account Executives
