Job summary

The Resort Manager at Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences will lead daily operations, driving service excellence and financial performance across all departments. You will act as a hands-on leader, mentoring department heads and aligning practices with Amrit’s wellness‑driven brand values.

We seek a seasoned hospitality executive with a proven track record in luxury resorts, capable of enhancing guest journeys, championing safety, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic oceanfront setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, resort, or hotel operations.
• Proven experience managing multi-departmental operations with accountability for guest experience and financial results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, prioritize, and make sound operational decisions.
• Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and delivering elevated guest experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resort operations across departments.
• Provide leadership oversight to Rooms, F&B, and Engineering.
• Ensure luxury service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Promote Amrit’s holistic wellness philosophy in operations.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads for efficiency and engagement.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability, cost control, labor management, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance the guest journey and organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
